Jesika Donna Madio, Esq.
As a General Practice Attorney I bring a combination of legal knowledge and nearly three decades of hands-on healthcare experience to the individuals and families I serve. Before entering the legal profession, I spent 25 years working in the healthcare and long-term care industries as a Clinical Liaison, Director of Admissions, and Sales and Marketing Director, helping patients and families navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions. My background gives me a practical understanding of the complex healthcare, insurance, and long-term care systems that many families encounter.
I am passionate about guiding clients through important legal and personal decisions with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Whether assisting families with healthcare-related decisions, planning for the future, or navigating legal challenges, I am committed to providing thoughtful guidance, responsive communication, and practical support every step of the way.

EDUCATION
Jesika earned an Associate of Science (AS) in business administration with a medical concentration from Fisher College, Boston, MA, in 1999. She subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in business management from Fisher College in 2006. Jesika completed her Juris Doctor degree at Massachusetts School of Law, Andover, MA, and she was admitted to the bar and became a licensed attorney in May 2026.
AFFILIATIONS
Jesika is a Massachusetts Notary Public and is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. She is also a member of the Women’s Bar Association and the Worcester County Bar Association.
